Corporate gifts in Nairobi, branded in-house

A corporate gift works when it gets used. That's why we focus on everyday items people keep on their desks and in their bags: notebooks, pens, keyholders, drinkware and desk organisers, finished with your logo or a personal name.

Everything is branded at our own print house at Twiga Towers in Nairobi CBD, using UV printing, laser engraving and sublimation. Because the work happens in-house, we can show you a proof first, adjust it with you, and keep the quality consistent across a small order or a large one.

• Laser engraving for metal, wood and leather: sharp, permanent and elegant
• UV printing for full-colour logos on hard surfaces
• Sublimation for full-colour prints on mugs, tumblers and other coated items
• Individual names on each piece, for staff gifts and client thank-yous

Many companies in Nairobi plan their end-year gifts in October and November. Ordering early gives you time to approve proofs without a rush and to add individual names.

The same items work all year: welcome kits for new staff, conference and event giveaways, client appreciation, and awards for top performers. Tell us the occasion, the number of people and your deadline, and we'll suggest items that fit your budget.

Not sure what to choose? Start from your budget per person. A single engraved pen or keyholder makes a neat thank-you, while a gift set with a notebook, pen and card holder suits senior staff and key clients. We're happy to mix items into a set that matches your brand colours.

For orders up to KES 5,000 you pay in full via M-Pesa. Larger orders can start with a 50% deposit, with the balance paid before collection or delivery.
